Prostatic Antibiotic Injection

I have had injections on numerous occasions. I was always benefited in the past from this approach for periods of time lasting from 6 months to 5 years. I have just finished another round and they seem to be diminishing in their return for me at this point. I am not sure if it is because the method of injection has been changed (now trans-perineal - was trans rectal). I am waiting to see haw I am doing in 3 month post inject before I decide if this is still a valid aproach for me.
All I can say for certain is that this approach did but me over 5 years of 100% symptom free living - and that is a wonderful thing.
So - if I have to do something more drastic now - so be it.
